It’s what’s for Lunch!
I’m not perfect. I struggle every day with my weight, fitness, body image along with millions of other women in North America. I do make a concerted effort to eat as healthy as possible, because theoretically I know that what I put in to my body affects how my body (and my brain) functions on a daily basis. Most of the time I do well . . . and this is one of my favorite lunches. Salmon, avocado and fresh sprouts on whole grain Thinini, and fresh veges for crunch and munch. Yum!
