Just hanging out with my 4 year old Great Nephew and his little 3 month old sister (the chipmunk cheeks on the right). Actually, my husband is holding the 4 year old over my head so I grabbed this shot with his iPhone5 that was sitting on the table next to me. I then processed it in Photoshop and Topaz Labs DeNoise and Simplify. If you can’t have fun then what’s the point eh?
I hope I’ll always wake up with a smile on my face that I can share with the world.

I’ve noticed a trend with this 365 Project . . . I don’t smile alot.
I’m not sure why that is. Sometimes I know it’s because I’m just focusing so much that I forget to smile. But other times I think I’m smiling, but when I see the picture there is no smile! This project has made me painfully aware that even though I feel like I’m smiling on the inside, it doesn’t always show on the outside! I wonder, if I’m not smiling on the outside, how people perceive me. Because I AM a very caring and sharing person inside.
I know the people who know me know that. So I will put forth more effort to make sure people who DON’T know me, know that!

I’m so enjoying my time with my 13 year old Grandson who is visiting me from Maryland this summer. He’s got an awesome disposition and is enjoying his time “out west” very much, but hates having his picture taken! He humors me, but won’t smile, so I have to try whatever I can to break that deadpan . . . almost got him here!
